All orders are sent via Fed Ex Ground or US Mail and filled within two weeks. Urban Alphabet and other custom orders may take up to four weeks.

Please contact us if you need your order by a certain date and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Refunds & Returns

Defective/Damaged Merchandise: BellaMuse will replace any merchandise that is defective or damaged in shipment.

We will issue a store credit for returns within 30 days of purchase. Or we can offer a credit card refund minus a 20% restocking charge. After 30 days we do not accept returns.
