All orders are sent via Fed Ex Ground or USPS and
filled within two weeks. Urban Alphabet and other
custom orders take up to four weeks. Shipping and handling rates

Defective/Damaged Merchandise: BellaMuse will replace
any merchandise that is defective or damaged in
shipment.
We will issue a store credit for returns within 30
days of purchase. Or we can offer a credit card refund
minus a 20% restocking charge. After 30 days we do not
accept returns.
